superb location friendly staff luggage storage
This visit became a treasured memory. The location was superb, enabling easy exploration. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful . the provision to store luggage upon departure was helpful.
There was some dust noticed upon surfaces in the room. This was a slight oversight within an otherwise great experience, though it should be addressed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. GREAT service. The location allowed easy access to many restaurants, and the metro was close BY. I appreciated being able to store my bags at a bag check after checking OUT.

cute staff street view metro station
i found the staff very cute. our room had a beautiful street view from the second floor, allowing a cool breeze. major attractions were easily accessible by foot. a metro station stood only a short two-minute walk away. nearby dining options were really good too!
our room lacked air conditioning. this could be an issue during warmer months. the room also felt a bit small. i had some trouble finding space for luggage.

terrible shower uncaring staff
Honestly, the bathroom needed some serious work. the shower setup was terrible. There wasn't even a proper fixture, just a handheld hose. water went everywhere and i nearly flooded the place. the staff didn't seem to care much either when i mentioned it. i expect more for what i payed.

storage service friendly receptionist
the person at the front desk was nice upon check in. the person at front desk allowed me to leave my baggage in storage before i changed locations. i appreciated the storage service.
the wardrobe closet was dusty and dirty inside. i found clothes left behind and every nook needed a good clean. the beds and bathroom fixtures were clean though.
